Ordering
All Orders are processed through Shopify and their processes and procedures govern the transaction. If you prefer to work offline you can contact us directly at our contact information shown on the About Us page.
Product Availability
Occasionally items on the website may be sold out. We will contact you and refund your card if you are not able to find a suitable alternative.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling is added to the Product Total. Initial Shipping Charges are ESTIMATES only and will be reduced to our actual costs + $2.00 handling. Shipping will never exceed the estimate on your original order total.
Shipping Method
We reserve the right to select the which shipping option we use. In the order comments you may provide a preference for UPS, FedEx or USPS. Sometimes the shipping carrier we choose will not be the lowest cost option. We consider both the cost and the time in transit when selecting the carrier for your order. Will call or hand carry orders are available for customers located in the general Portland OR Metro.
Lead Times
Orders are processed typically within 2-3 days of receipt through Shopify site. Sometimes items can take longer and we will notify you if they ever exceed 7 days. Orders are shipped from Happy Valley, OR and transit times will range from 1 to 10 days depending on your location. All orders will include a tracking number and will use a reputable carrier.
Payment Methods
Payment methods include AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal. You may choose to call us with credit card payments if you are not comfortable providing your information through the Shopify interface. Credit Cards will not be “captured” until day of shipment, but charges may be reserved on your card prior to shipment.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns. We will refund or replace product that is defective or broken in transit. Requests for replacement must be sent via email to shop@blitheandbonny.com within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged materials are requested for a refund or replacement
Privacy and Security
Blithe and Bonny customer service respects your privacy and will not give your email, phone number or other personal information to any third party unless necessary for servicing your account.  We will occasionally send you communications about our company and our products.
