Can I buy your products at wholesale prices?
Generally, if you intend on reselling our products you can purchase at wholesale but know that:
a) We currently only wholesale to US and Canadian companies.
b) We require that you meet our minimum order amount ($250 Opening Order, $100 reorders)
c) We require that you purchase in case packs (4 units of one scent)
d) We require that you have a resale number and identifiable location (brick and mortar, online, etc)
e) You understand that we have sole discretion to refuse your request for any reason.
How can I sign up as a wholesale account?
First, you must register for an account here --www.blitheandbonny.com/account/register.
We will review and then approve or deny your request within 1 business day.
Do you attend any tradeshows?
As of June 2020, we do not plan on attending any industry shows. We do hope to participate in consumer-focused shows in the greater Portland metro. If we do sign up for any shows we will post them on our website and share them through our social media.
Do you have any reps or are you in any showrooms?
As of June 2020 we do not have any reps and are not in any showrooms. If we do sign up for any reps we will post them on our website and and share on our social media.
Do you offer exclusivity so I can be confident other stores nearby don’t also sell your products?
Yes we offer zip code exclusivity for a minimum of 90 days. If we do not receive orders every 90 days we may sign-up another retailer in your zip code. This only applies to brick and mortar shops that are not considered national chains.
What is your minimum wholesale order
We ask that you place an opening order of at least $250. This will provide enough product to make an attractive display. For reorders, the minimum order is $100 but we ask that you always order in case packs.
Can I sample product before making a wholesale purchase?
For approved wholesale accounts we will waive the minimum order requirements and allow you to purchase individual units at wholesale. This request must be done offline through email (email@example.com) or phone (831-708-8307)
Do you offer Tester products?
We offer testers for several of our products, but not all. Testers are available only to approved wholesale accounts and you must purchase a case pack of the corresponding sku to qualify to receive a tester.
Do you offer product bulk sizes?
We offer bulk sizes on several of our products but not all. Bulk sizes are generally only available to approved wholesale accounts.You will see the option in the drop down on the product page if it is available.

How long does it take for you to ship a wholesale order?
Wholesale Orders generally take 10-14 days. During peak periods we may require more time. With every order we will provide an estimated time frame to ship your order. Please know that once we ship an order the shipping to your location will take as much as an 7 additional days.
How much does shipping cost for wholesale orders?
Shipping is a significant cost and we are doing our best to get the best rates for our customers. Generally smaller orders will see shipping costs of 18-25% of the product cost depending on the items you purchase and location of your business. As an incentive, for orders over $500, we offer a 10% shipping cap. When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping higher than the actual cost and then refund the difference to reflect the actual cost when the order is sent out.
Why can't I find the scent I ordered before?
Please know that we occasionally update our product packaging, labels, ingredients and pricing. We do this to assure we deliver the best products possible that balance customer demand, our ability to support our customer base, our design aesthetic, and our impact on the environment. You can ask if we can support an earlier product and often we can, but sometimes its not possible. We thank you in advance for your understanding and please know that we always strive to do our best.
What if I want to cancel my wholesale order?
Since we literally make every item to order, cancellations can be very problematic for us. As such, our policy is that if you cancel an order, there will be a 20% restocking fee. But, please know we consider our customers our partners, and your success is our success so please reach out to us so we can better understand what has happened and we will work with you to make a challenging situation better for all of us.
Do you offer Payment Terms for wholesale customers?
We do not offer payment terms directly to our customers but PayPal credit has 6 month free financing. You can also register on Faire.com and they offer Net60 terms. We ask that before placing an order with Faire you register on our website and allow us to submit your account to our customer list on Faire. Please reach out to us if you would like to know more.
What types of payment do you accept?
At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. We can also accept checks but we ask you mail your check before we ship your order. If you pay with a credit card or Paypal, we will "capture" the payment six days after your order. Then when we ship, we will refund any variance from the amount we captured vs the actual cost of the order. The variance most of the time is because shipping estimate is higher than the actual shipping costs.
Can I call or email you with my order?
We accept wholesale orders via our website, phone, email, and fax. Order confirmations are sent for all orders and you have 48 hours to review and make changes.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
We do not provide refunds or accept returns on orders unless there is damage in transit or a product is defective. Let us know about damage within 7 days of arrival and provide photo evidence so we can work with our carriers to claim insurance. Of course, if you are not happy with the product we encourage you to reach out and let us know your issues. We are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. All we ask is that we work together as partners and communicate openly to assure the outcomes are mutually beneficial.
Do you offer custom labeling, custom scents or custom products for wholesale accounts?
We do have a custom labeling program that is simple and affordable. We have delivered dozens of custom labels to customers all across the US. We do not generally design custom/exclusive scents or custom/exclusive products, but would be willing to consider requests if they make sense for us.
Do you offer drop ship services?
We have a couple drop ship programs that make sense for us, but because every item is made by hand, in small batches we are not able to accept business that stretches our capabilities and capacity.
